You will not be able to take money out of your Cricmasters account once you have added it. On the website, you can utilize the money to take part in leagues, entertaining activities, and competitions. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Cricmasters and are typically granted only in cases of technical errors or service disruptions that significantly impact the user's experience. To request a refund, users must provide detailed information about the issue, including the date, time, and nature of the problem, as well as any relevant screenshots or evidence to support the claim.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. In situations where funds have been processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Cricmasters wallet, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email.
